Synopsis: A 996 mb low over western Kodiak will continue to move towards the Gulf of Alaska at 999 mb this evening. A 996 mb North Pacific low 250 nm south of Kiska moves to 150 nm southeast of Middleton Island at 1006 mb by Mon evening. A transient ridge will move from the western Aleutian Chain to central Sunday afternoon, weakening through Monday evening.
