While the weather pattern remains locked in place and most of the country is tranquil, pockets of heavy rainfall continue to impact the state of Texas, especially in the Hill Country. Gulf of Mexico and Tropical Eastern Pacific moisture continues to overrun a stationary front to produce organized rain and localized flooding.
