Synopsis...HIGH PRESSURE EAST OF NEW ENGLAND WILL SLOWLY MOVE FURTHER OFFSHORE TODAY. A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE WEST TONIGHT AND CROSSES THE WATERS LATE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM THE WEST ON WEDNESDAY, THEN A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS SOUTH OF LONG ISLAND THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE RETURNS ON FRIDAY.

This Afternoon: ESE wind around 11 kt. Partly sunny. Seas 1 ft or less.

Tonight: SE wind 5 to 10 kt becoming variable and less than 5 kt after midnight. Showers likely, mainly after 2am. Áreas dispersadas de fog after 2am. Seas 1 ft or less.
