Some storms may produce heavy to excessive rainfall especially within the Carolinas which could lead to flash, urban and small stream flooding. Valley rain and mountain snow will continue to spread across the West today and Friday. A strong winter storm will bring blizzard conditions to the Arctic coastline in Alaska through Friday.
