A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT ALONG THE SOUTHERN EDGE OF THIS HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP WINDS AT CAUTIONARY LEVELS OFFSHORE THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. ANOTHER EASTERLY SURGE TONIGHT COULD BRIEFLY BRING WINDS BACK UP TO CAUTIONARY LEVELS. BY MID TO LATE WEEK...HIGH PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY BUILD IN OVER THE WATERS...WITH IMPROVING WINDS AND SEAS.
