DEPRESSION FOUR...LOCATED OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN GULF OF
MEXICO...ARRIVE. SEA CONDITIONS WILL GRADUALLY IMPROVE LATE
TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A
THUNDERSTORM OR TWO WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH TUESDAY. WEAK TO
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL THEN PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY.
