Synopsis: A trough will be dropping south from the high arctic this evening
with a 1005 mb low 400 NM north of Deadhorse tomorrow night. This
low fizzles out as strong northerly winds near gale force develop
near Point Hope Saturday night. Northerly flow continues in the
Chukchi and Beaufort seas through at least Tuesday.
